BYD India will co-operate with Chargezone, Voltic and Indipro for charging

BYD India has announced a partnership with Chargezone, Volttic and Indipro to provide charging solutions for its e6 customers. As part of this arrangement, more than 650 ChargeZone outlets will be available to its customers, while Volttic will offer a variety of options through its network, such as India AC01, India DC01, AC Type 2 and CCS 2. Indipro, also, will offer BYD customers with its national charging network.

The BYD e6 will offer customers a choice between AC and DC charging, as the car’s 71.7 kWh battery pack can charge 30 to 80% in 35 minutes. BYD further claims that the ‘blade battery’ used in the e6 is the only unit that has successfully passed the nail penetration test.
