Car Review: Audi E-Tron Sportback

The Audi E-Tron is great to look at, full of technology, provides a unique driving experience and that green registration plate stands out from the crowd. At Rs.
But for an extra Rs 1.59 lakh, there is a car that can make the E-Tron look dated রয়েছে it has a sleek design that all the fashionistas press at the button. Driving in Sobo (conversationally South Bombay), it attracted a lot of eye pain, it made me feel like a celebrity.

For intricate use – as well as for smaller intercity routes from Mumbai to Pune and back – the E-Tron Sportback seems to be the perfect luxury car, if you are in the market for one. While within that price range there is a huge selection of petrol / diesel luxury SUVs (very capable and a few million rupees cheaper with Q8), the driving range of the E-Tron Sportback is quite good at 359-484km * on full charge. Weekly office commute, and one trip out of town.

Driving an electric car is, in general, an advanced experience. In addition to the insane acceleration (the e-Tron Sportback goes from 0-100 km / h in just 5.7 seconds), you can even drive more than the range shown on the trip computer.
Driving around Colaba, the range was initially shown to be 350km but after about 20 minutes it increased. How? When you release the accelerator, the E-Tron restores power through costing recompression, and the brakes are restored when the brake-pedal is pressed. In both cases, the electric motor acts as a generator and converts the vehicle’s kinetic energy into electrical energy, which is then stored in the battery.
*The range is calculated using a laboratory test, the WLTP, or the worldwide harmonized light vehicle test method.
