HAL Q4 Results: Net profit rose 91% to Rs 3,102 crore, revenue rose 6%

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) posted a net profit of 90.7 per cent to Rs 3,101.96 crore for the quarter ended Friday, March 31, 2022. The state-owned space and defense company has a net profit of Rs 1,621.29 crore per annum. – Previous period.

Revenue from HAL’s activities increased by 6.4 per cent to Rs 11,561.1 crore in the quarter under review from Rs 10,866.5 crore in the same quarter last fiscal.

Revenue before EBITDA, or interest, tax, devaluation and repayment, decreased by 7.9 per cent to Rs 2,499.7 crore from Rs 2,714.2 crore in Q4FY21, while EBITDA margin decreased by 340 basis points to 21.6 per cent (YY per cent as against 25 per cent).

In its view, HAL said it expects to recover undisclosed assets, inventory, property, plants and carrying volume.
Equipment, leases, financial instruments, trade receivables, etc.

“Efforts are being made to reduce the impact. To reduce the Covid effect, the company will closely monitor its development, future economic and business outlook, and its impact on the company’s future financial statements,” it added.

Shares of HAL rose 0.43 per cent to Rs 1,510.40 on the BSE during the afternoon trade.
