iNurture Education Solutions raises 15 million in debt

Ad-tech firms offering degree programs in partnership with recognized universities in India have raised $ 15 million from ADM Capital in a combination of ad-tech firms, iNurture loans and equity.

As part of this transaction, ADM Capital acquired Ventureast’s stake in iNurture, offering a complete secondary exit.

The Bangalore-based ad-tech firm plans to use the funds to grow its National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) -prepared programs, expand its Center of Excellence model among university partners in India and further expand its technology stack for student recruitment.

ADM Capital is an investment firm focused on financing growth, border transactions, acquisitions and special opportunities across the Asia Pacific region.

Currently, the company claims to have partnered with more than 30 university campuses across India, offering more than 50 programs on campus and enrolling more than 15,000 students in these different programs. iNurture Education has partnered with global universities to offer programs including a variety of emerging technology courses in design, digital business, sports, luxury and hospitality management.
